The first attraction in Kota Baru Parahyangan is the science center called Puspa Iptek Sundial. It is also a landmark of Kota Baru Parahyangan. Puspa Iptek Sundial has massive vertical and horizontal sundials on top of the building. Besides these sundials, you will find 180 exhibits that will help you to understand science. Each has a simple explanation of how it works, and visitors are encouraged to try it. They range from simple experiments, such as rubbing your hands on a metal container, to more difficult ones, such as riding a bike on a sling and becoming a human gyroscope.
The newest attraction in Kota Baru Parahyangan is Wahoo Waterworld, a ten-hectare waterpark with thirteen world-class water slides. No wonder it instantly became a favorite waterpark in Greater Bandung, although it just opened in March 2023.

The favorite slide to pump your adrenaline is the Rocketblast, the fastest slide in Southeast Asia. Sliding on the Rocketblast feels like riding a rollercoaster since it only takes 26 seconds to slide 120 meters from a height of 15 meters. Other favorite adrenaline slides are the Abyss, Boomerango, and Super Bowl, while the Caterpillar is the longest slide at 180 meters. All of these fun slides require a minimum height of 120 centimeters. But do not fret; children can safely play in the Splash Zone, which has a mini Boomerango and several slides. If you want a slower pace in Wahoo Waterworld, you will like floating on a tube along the 367 meters of the Lazy River. Or enjoy the eight types of waves in the Wave Pool and relax on its white sandy beach. Of course, Wahoo Waterworld also has a giant bucket that regularly pours water into the Rain Fortress. This pool also has eight slides. Another plus, some of them use warm water :)
You can buy tickets on-site, but the queue is long, and often they are sold out. Hence, it is more convenient if you buy it online. The bracelet-shaped ticket works as your digital wallet to rent a locker (you must put all your belongings in there), rent a cabana or gazebo, and rent tubes for the Lazy River and the wave pool. You can easily top up the balance in the bracelet. You must return it on your way out and cash in your remaining balance.
Next to Wahoo Waterworld is another tourist attraction called Tepi Danau, a charming lakefront park.
Tepi Danau means a lakeside or a lakefront in English. It got its name due to its location as a park on a lakefront in Kota Baru Parahyangan. The lake used to be a massive sand quarry. They kept mining the sand until it was seventeen meters deep and reached a water spring. Water from the spring and the rain filled up this mine until it became a lake.

The entrance to Tepi Danau is side by side with Wahoo Waterworld. However, the ambiance of these two tourist destinations is very different. While Wahoo Waterworld is boisterous, Tepi Danau is charming, quiet, and relaxing. The main attractions here are boating and feeding animals (bunnies and sheep). Going on a boat here is only a short ride circling the lake. Nevertheless, you can sail in style! Rent a big dragon boat for a group, an electric boat in the shape of a bus, or a pedal duck boat for two people.
Even if you are not interested in renting a boat or feeding animals - yes, they are more appealing for young children - you still can enjoy walking around the park and dining in the Baker Street restaurant. Whenever you pay, you can use your ticket to deduct your bill.

Plus, it has a bike park – an outdoor area with a massive lawn where you can have fun cycling and go for a picnic.
